4. Orders & Agreement
An agreement is concluded when the customer completes an order and payment is confirmed.
MoonDose reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made via available payment methods on the website.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped from within the EU.
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
MoonDose is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Liability
MoonDose is not liable for:
- Incorrect use of products
- Failure to follow instructions
- Individual reactions to supplements
Customers are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional if needed.
