General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
If you change your mind, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Do not return any items without prior approval.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
How to Return an Order
Please contact us via email and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
Packaging instructions:
- Securely pack the item in a box
- Ensure the product is unopened and undamaged
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Send the package to the return address provided
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- MoonDose is not responsible for lost return shipments
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used supplements.
If a returned product is found to be opened or used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived, please contact us at: support@moondose.com
- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
- If the shipment cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
