Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

If your order is shipped with tracking, you will receive a Track & Trace link to monitor your delivery.

Delayed or lost orders

Damaged orders

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Record a video while opening the package
  • Clearly show the condition of the product
  • Email us with the video
